Foulkes traces the Patek Philippe history from founder Antoine Norbert de Patek’s early life in Poland as a young cavalry to his exile, life in Geneva and meeting with watchmaker Adrien Philippe. The book continues through the 1932 purchase by the Stern family, who have now owned Patek Philippe for four generations.

This 25 chapter book spans 544 pages, and also includes a 40 page reference appendix. Over 600 images are included, including photos unseen before and documents from Patek Philippe’s archives.
