Patek Philippe E. Farman Backpack Pocketwatch

Believed to be unique, this piece was manufactured in 1875 and owned by Elbert E. Farman, the Previous Diplomatic Agent and Consul-General to Cairo. Farman was able to secure the obelisk Cleopatra’s Needle, which resides in Central Park.
