Sadly, one of these extremely rare Heuer Abercrombie & Fitch Seafarer 2447 watches has been stolen (in the fall of 2020…dang 2020). Serial 93456.
While casebacks and some components can be swapped or polished, these pieces are so rare that any distinguishing marks on the dial will allow one to quickly place the watch. In this case there are a number of areas that are discolored:
– flaking around 3 minute mark and some around 7-8 minutes
– grey spots at center of chronograph minute register
– spot at 12 between center post and numeral on chronograph hour register
– spotting at 37 minutes, to the left of the numeral 9 in the chronograph hour register
